We’re excited to announce that the SailPoint’s Workday connector now supports aggregation and updates for Pre-Hire records, enabling full lifecycle management of worker records.

In the context of Workday, a “pre-hire” refers to the process of creating a record for a potential employee before they are formally hired, often used for tracking candidates and managing the hiring process.
